For those who completed one of the last 3 rides in India, Mexico and Cambodia, the minimum fundraising requirement remains at £3000, although we know most of you raised much more than that.
Any Truants who missed both the last 2 rides (India & Mexico) will need to reapply as Rookies through the committee and the minimum fundraising requirement for Rookies, due to the shortage of available places, is £10,000 and remains invitation only. Our aim, after all is to raise as much as we can for our charities, applying the simple laws of supply and demand. But of course Rookies have to be true Truant material.
The maximum number of riders will be 55 of which we expect there to be 6 Rookies.
COST OF RIDE
As always, all the costs related to the ride are paid for by the individual riders so that 100% of the money donated goes to the charities.
As we are not able to confirm prices so far in advance, we estimate the costs to be around £2,900 per person
Payment will be a minimum of £1000 deposit now to secure place and the balance by Sept 30th 2019–
However Rookies are expected to pay the full amount on acceptance of their application by the committee.
The reason we ask you to confirm so early if you can is so we know what the flight arrangements will be as accurately as possible so we can hold the flights as soon as the airline start taking bookings.
Deposit should be made within 2 weeks of registering online.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email reminding you to pay appropriately asap.

The price is based twin share, economy out and back (incl. tax) + Truants bits:
- 1 Cycling shirt from Primal Europe- £45
- 2 tickets for dinner £120 in 2021 (Refunded if you can’t attend)- £180
- Drinks on the ride (up to an avg £100 per head).

Without flights, the cost will be (estimated): £2,100 per person (including all the above).
Any amends, upgrades, single room supplements, extensions will be charged separately by Classic Challenge who will deal with all changes, extensions, upgrades, singles etc.
Single Supplements
If you wish to have your own room during the trip, the cost will be £300 and invoiced separately via Classic Challenge.
