CHEQUE DONATIONS

For cheques please ask your donors to make their cheques payable to “Nordoff Robbins (Truants)” and on the back of the cheque, please ask them to write (your) SURNAME/VIET20   If they are paying on a personal cheque, please ask them to complete a Gift Aid form and send cheques and forms to:

To claim the tax back on the donation some contributors may ask for Receipts from the Charity. These can be arranged by Nordoff Robbins so contact Ruth and give her details and once the money is banked  she will arrange to get a receipt from Nordoff Robbins with all the details necessary. Some may wish to have the Charity Number. These are all listed here.

GIFT AID  from a UK taxpayer is 25% on top of the donation so very appreciable and it therefore helps to get Gift Aid forms completed for these donations from individual UK Taxpayers and send them completed to Ruth, ideally with the cheque.  Note that Gift Aid can automatically be taken on RaceNation so no need for any forms.
