COST OF RIDE

As always, all the costs related to the ride are paid for by the individual riders so that 100% of the money donated goes to the charities.

The costs will be £3,200 per person with flights and £2,400 without flights

We ask that the payments be made either in full or in 3 parts:

IMMEDIATE DEPOSIT: £500
BY END JUNE: £1,000
BY END SEPT: £1,700 with flights / £900 without flights

The reason we ask you to confirm with deposit so early if you can, is so we know what the flight arrangements and bike hire/transport will be as accurately as possible.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email reminding you to pay appropriately asap.

The price is based on * twin share, economy out and back (incl. tax),  bike hire + the usual bits:

• Drinks on the ride up to a reasonable budget, if more will be charged pre-rata individually.
• Free T shirts from Global

Any amends, upgrades, single room supplements, extensions will be charged separately by Classic Challenge who will deal with all changes, extensions, upgrades, singles etc.
Cycling Shirts from Primal will be charged on pre-order as extras.

Single Supplements

If you wish to have your own room during the trip, the cost of £300 will be invoiced separately via Classic Challenge.

CANCELLATIONS

This is not clear yet and varies from venue to venue. Please be assured we will always retrieve as much of your payment as possible through the usual sources. If a replacement rider is found to take your place, money would be fully refunded. The initial deposit is non refundable.
